Rental Rates
Rental rates (per week inclusive of utilities; cleaning and laundry) for 4 people for stays during this year:

The finer details
Rates shown above apply to four guests. A charge of £10 per person per week is payable for each additional guest (up to a maximum of 6). Bookings can be secured with a deposit of £100 with the balance payable six weeks before the start of the booking. There is a refundable damage deposit of £200, which is to be paid by cheque, prior to the rental period. The cheque will be returned to you following a satisfactory inspection of the property following your holiday period.

Holiday rentals for a period of less than a week will be considered subject to availability. The cost will be slightly higher than a pro-rata weekly rate to cover our fixed costs.
Where possible we are happy to allow midweek arrivals and departures although this is not always possible in high season when we would normally only allow weekend changeovers either Saturday or Sunday.
On changeover dates we ask departing guests to vacate the apartment no later than 11am and guests starting their stay to arrive no earlier than 4pm to enable the apartment to be cleaned and prepared for new guests. Where departure and arrival dates do not coincide we are happy to accommodate guests arrival and departure times to suit your flight arrangements.
