“Maridon” Luxury furnished and spacious 2nd floor Apartment

Maridon is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with air conditioning on the Costa Esuri resort near to Ayamonte in Spain, and very close to the border with Portugal. The close proximity to Portugal has resulted in the area becoming known as the Spanish Algarve.

The Apartment is situated in one of the communities at the edge of the resort overlooking the East golf course. The apartment overlooks the communal swimming and paddling pools which are open during the high season. The position of the apartment is ideal with the main balcony facing South and the bedroom balcony facing east, a particularly pleasant spot for early morning breakfast in the sunshine.

The roof terrace provides an excellent spot for those sun worshippers who want full access to the sun throughout the day, and is very suitable for barbeques in the evening. There are sun loungers available for use on all balconies and the apartment is equipped with numerous chairs and relaxers to suit most needs. There are bistro tables and chairs which can be positioned on all balconies and a large outdoor dining table and six chairs are provided on the main balcony.

Internally the apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard, The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, toaster, kettle and essential cooking equipment. The Lounge has seating for 6 with a dining table and chairs seating 4, TV with satellite, a DVD and music system, books, games, DVDs and CDs, glasses and crockery etc.

Both Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers and 2 single beds providing ample storage space.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people with two bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, a baby cot is also available on request along with the relevant bedding, high chair etc.

All linen is provided including towels although guests are requested to provide their own beach towels and asked to refrain from taking towels from the apartment to the beach or the pool.

The apartment is available for holiday rentals throughout the year.
